Which payment methods are acceptable?
Visa, MasterCard & Discover cards are accepted, as well as debit cards which bear the Visa or Mastercard logo. We also accept payments through PayPal. We will gladly accept checks, but the use of a credit card or PayPal greatly expedites the transaction.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can. If the order has already been sent that was canceled, accept delivery of the item and call us for return instructions.
I canceled my order but I haven't received a credit yet. How long do credits take?
We submit all requests for credit by the next business day, however, it may take 7-10 business days for you to receive your credit. You should see this on your next credit card statement or the following one, depending on where you are in your billing cycle.
Can I return an item that is damaged, defective, or I just don't want?
If, within 30 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace the item or provide a credit for the full merchandise amount less any shipping charges. There will be a 20% restocking charge on returned items. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions. If possible, please return your merchandise in the original box and packing materials, including all accessories and the owner's manual if applicable. We recommend you do not destroy or discard original packing for 30 days. The value of missing accessories will be deducted from the credit amount of a return. Personalized items and special order merchandise are not returnable. Refurbished merchandise can only be returned if damaged or defective.
What happens if the item I ordered is not available?
On occasion, an order may be delayed due to availability or other circumstances. In the unlikely event there is a change or delay in filling your order, we will notify you via phone, postal mail or e-mail. We know that this can be inconvenient, and we will offer you one of the following alternatives as appropriate to your situation: Offer an ALTERNATE selection of equal or greater value; Offer a BACKORDER and new estimated delivery. You can wait for the new delivery date, or cancel for a full refund at any time prior to shipment; CANCEL your order. On rare occasions new circumstances come to our attention after the placement of your order. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel your order for a full refund at any time.
Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?
State sales tax is applied only to an item if the item is shipped to Ohio. Franklin County rates apply. The current sales tax rate in Franklin County is 7.5%.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The standard shipping time for orders shipped via USPS is 2-5 days, depending on method of shipping selected. FedEx & UPS ground is 3-10 days. Next day shipping is available for most areas, but the charge for this service can be very high. Large items such as engines and transmissions are shipped via an LTL common carrier (trucking company) and may take up to 10 days to arrive.
Can I have an order shipped to my P.O. Box?
Yes. In most cases we either utilize the US Postal Service, FedEx or UPS. If you prefer FedEx or UPS, they will not ship to a P.O. box. In circumstances where a P. O. box is not being used, we will decide the method of shipping.
Can I ship my order to a different address?
Yes. We frequently ship parts to a customer's mechanic. When you place your order just inform us of the address you want to ship your merchandise to.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges vary according to product weight, size and destination. Most products are shipped via USPS. We recommend you opt for shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for damages caused to items once they leave our possession, and in some cases, we will automatically add insurance to a shipment. Larger items are generally shipped via common carrier, and require higher shipping rates.
Do you offer financing on the cars you sell?
No, we do not. However, we would be more than happy to provide any necessary information to a particular lending agency.
Can I use a credit card to buy a car?
The use of credit cards in buying one of our cars is limited to $3000.00
